1. This Southern Highlands tour offers a peaceful journey through vineyards, villages and bushland. Begin in historic Berrima, where sandstone buildings and early colonial stories set a calm tone for the day. Continue to Bendooley Estate for a tasting of cool climate wines accompanied by a charcuterie board featuring regional produce. Lunch follows at Mount Ashby Estate, a boutique vineyard with French inspired charm, antiques and sweeping paddocks. In the afternoon, a forest walk leads to a striking waterfall surrounded by towering gums and cool air. The tour then moves to Bowral for boutique shopping and antique stores that reward unhurried wandering. The final stop is Boscobel Farm, a quiet property with open fields and grazing kangaroos. A private picnic is prepared for you, offering a simple and distinctly Australian scene as the day comes to a gentle close. 1. A walk through Australia's most historic precinct. Learn the fascinating story of our nations unique founding. Discover the areas historic buildings and hidden alleys. (45)
2. Enjoy a stroll around this spectacular icon of Australia. The face of Sydney. Learn The Opera Houses' interesting story and take some stunning photos. (20)
3. A short drive from the Sydney Opera House, past beautiful historic buildings and the magnificent St Mary's Cathedral will lead us to Mrs Macquarie's Chair. This destination offers perhaps the most marvellous view over the city and its icons. The photos to be taken here will be held on to for life. (30)
4. A scenic drive through the opulent, harbour side suburbs of Sydney, through Potts Point, Darling Point, Point Piper, Rose Bay and Double Bay will take us to our favourite cafe in all of Sydney. The Grumpy Baker serves delicious coffee, patisseries and some iconic Australian foods (I promise they are friendly!). (60)
5. Australia's most iconic stretch of sand. The marvellous Bondi Beach. At this destinations we can go for a walk along the beach, jump in the ocean, take some stunning photos or even enjoy a crisp local beer at the Bondi Pavilion. (45)
6. Kirribilli offers us a brilliant view from a different perspective of the city and its icons. This is a nice quiet park with far fewer people. A very pleasant stop. (20)
7. Felons Brewing Co. in Manly is our favourite restaurant in all of Sydney. A very fun yet elegant atmosphere, great food at good value, and just the most magnificent view over the Sydney Harbour (the restaurant sits over the water). Here we will enjoy lunch and a nice beverage. (60)
8. Another of Sydneys famous beaches. We will jump out of the car and go for a stroll along the beach, take some great photos and enjoy the sun. (15)

2. A short stroll to begin our day in the Blue Mountains. Lincolns Rock offers a tremendous view across Jamieson Valley, a great place to summarise the day that awaits. (45)
3. The Undercliff Track at Wentworth Falls would easily rank in my top 3 favourite short hikes in the Blue Mountains. Traversing a variety of terrain in a very short distance, from sclerophyllous heath vegetation to exposed sandstone slabs and lush rainforest, makes for an exceptional hike with plenty to be discovered. 4. Leura is a beautiful village in the Blue Mountains where we will stop for lunch. With a variety of dining options, with different cuisines at different price points, Leura allows travellers to dine how they wish. (60)
5. The Three Sisters, to be seen best at Echo Point, is an essential stop-over on any trip to The Blue Mountains. Such an iconic rock formation with a backdrop vista of the valley will be a memorable stop for visitors. (45)
6. Evans Lookout provides extraordinary views across the third and final valley you will see on our journey, the Grose Valley. Its rugged terrain, deep rainforest wilderness and enormous sandstone escartments makes the Grose Valley perhaps the most staggering in Australia. (30)
