Overview

This 2-hour sailing tour in Barcelona takes place on a modern sailboat departing from Port Olimpic. There are two daily departures at 11 AM and 3 PM. Guests enjoy sailing along the coast with a professional skipper, relaxing on soft cushions in the cockpit and on the bow. The tour includes beverages from an open bar and light snacks. During the trip, there is an opportunity to swim in the sea. The boat passes landmarks such as the Port Olimpic area, developed for the 1992 Olympic Games, and the Gold Fish Sculpture, a 52-meter-long golden stainless steel artwork on the seafront. Participants may also spot dolphins and whales if conditions allow. The group size is limited to nine people to maintain a small group atmosphere.

Itinerary

1

Port Olimpic

Port Olimpic was developed for the 1992 Summer Olympic Games, transforming Barcelona's coastline. Before that, the city had little connection to the sea, but the Olympic development created a new sports marina, docks, an Olympic Village neighborhood, and two skyscrapers, Hotel Arts and Mapfre Tower. This area marks Barcelona's opening to the Mediterranean Sea.

2

Gold Fish Sculpture (Escultura el Peix d'Or)

The Gold Fish Sculpture is a 52-meter-long golden stainless steel piece on Barcelona’s seafront. Its appearance changes with the angle of sunlight and weather, making it a notable landmark along the sailing route.
