Seat assignments are not provided. The train schedule is for reference only and is subject to the actual ticket issued. Bullet train tickets are booked using real names, so travelers must provide accurate identification information, otherwise they will be responsible for any losses incurred. [Vehicle] Round-trip transportation between Huanglong Jiuzhai Station/Songpan Station/Huangshengguan Station high-speed train station and Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong via a 2+1 configuration nanny van with aviation seats. Each person has one guaranteed seat. Seat assignments are not provided. The size of the tour vehicle will be selected based on the final number of participants. Group tours may not use the same vehicle for the entire journey.
• [Insurance] Includes one travel accident insurance policy per person for the round trip between the destination and the scenic area; the travel agency provides domestic travel accident insurance (insurance companies do not cover those under 3 years old or over 70 years old; if you want to join the tour, you must sign a disclaimer and be accompanied by a normal adult!).
• [Child] Includes round-trip vehicle seats from Songpan Station/Huangshengguan Station high-speed train station to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, and local hotpot (excluding hotel breakfast and dinner; extra height fees apply) for children aged 1-18, and insurance. Does not include bed, tickets, and any personal expenses. Excludes round-trip bullet train tickets. Over-aged children are required to purchase bullet train tickets separately as per regulations.
• [Tickets] Adult tickets include the first admission ticket to the attractions listed in the itinerary: Jiuzhaigou entrance ticket, Huanglong entrance ticket, one single-entry ticket per person for each. The entire trip only includes the first major entrance ticket to the attractions. All tickets are discounted group tickets agreed upon by the travel agency. If you are eligible for preferential policies, you will be refunded according to our marked refund standard after being recognized by the scenic spot. Because Jiuzhaigou and other scenic spots all use online ticket booking, the tour guide must be informed when collecting information. If losses are caused by failing to inform the tour guide of the actual preferential documents, the guest shall be responsible. Tourists are requested to cooperate and show relevant valid documents. For preferential tickets during June 1st-November 14th, Jiuzhaigou will refund 50/Huanglong will refund 50; for free tickets, Jiuzhaigou will refund 100/Huanglong will refund 100; if you do not go to Huanglong, you will be refunded 100 yuan/person.
• [Accommodation] Two nights of accommodation in four-star hotels as listed in the itinerary, one bed per person; the quotation is calculated based on one person per bed. If single men or women cannot share a room, the guest will be responsible for paying the room supplement. Double rooms are provided throughout the hotel stay.
• [Tour Guide] Certified Chinese-speaking tour guide service within the itinerary. If the entire group has fewer than 10 people, there will be no tour guide; the driver will act as both driver and guide. (No tour guide provided for pick-up/drop-off at stations or during transfers)
