Guests begin by walking through the marina to board the 125-foot Solaris yacht. After a welcome from the captain, a server leads them to their reserved table. The open-air sky deck is available for coastal breezes and potential dolphin sightings. The yacht departs the Sandestin dock at the scheduled time with live music playing. Approximately 30 minutes into the cruise, guests return to their tables for a three-course meal including salad, a pre-selected entree, and dessert. After dining, live music continues on all three decks, and guests may visit the pilothouse, dance under the stars, or enjoy star-gazing on the sky deck.
