During summer vacation, winter vacation, and statutory holidays (National Day, Labor Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, etc.), some hotel reservations are non-refundable, while the refund and modification rules for the remaining reservations are the same as in the off-season, as follows: Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip start date at 00:00. 30% loss if canceled 6 days 00:00 to 3 days 00:00 before the trip starts. 50% loss of payment for cancellations made between 2 days 00:00 and 1 day 00:00 prior to the start of the trip. After the trip has started, 80% of the payment will be deducted as a loss. Due to the need to secure resources and pay related fees for accommodations at various locations on this itinerary, cancellation due to personal reasons will result in compensation for actual losses if the cancellation date deduction ratio stipulated in the contract is insufficient to cover these losses, but not exceeding the total tour cost.
