During summer vacation, winter vacation, and statutory holidays (National Day, Labor Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, etc.), some hotel reservations are non-refundable, while the refund and modification rules for the remaining reservations are the same as in the off-season, as follows: Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the trip (00:00 or earlier). 30% loss if canceled 6 days 00:00 to 3 days 00:00 before the trip starts. From 2 days before 00:00 to 1 day before 00:00 of the trip start time, a 50% loss will be deducted. After the trip has started, 80% of the cost will be forfeited. This itinerary involves securing accommodations and incurring associated expenses in advance. If you withdraw from the trip for personal reasons, the cancellation fee based on the withdrawal date as stipulated in the contract may not cover the losses, but will not exceed the total cost of the tour. Thank you for your understanding. In case of force majeure or physical reasons, please provide medical records or other proof. The hotel may also be able to help coordinate, subject to the actual deduction of damages by the hotel.
