There are no shopping arrangements on this tour, and the driver will not make any shopping recommendations. If a transaction intention is reached after bargaining, please purchase. If there are no team members requiring special care, seats will be taken in rotation one by one. 6. If some attractions in the itinerary encounter unexpected accidents, objective reasons such as rest, closure for maintenance, or other emergencies, the team leader will provide an itinerary change plan to ensure the smooth progress of the trip as much as possible. The change plan will be voted on by all team members, with the minority abiding by the majority. Traveling in Tibetan areas involves many things you cannot understand or tolerate in a bustling city: in terms of hardware, there are issues with water, electricity, and transportation. Sudden water and power outages often occur, and temporary traffic controls frequently catch us off guard. Please be mentally prepared. 10. Due to the less-than-ideal traffic conditions in plateau areas, natural disasters such as collapses, landslides, and mudslides may occasionally occur, which could lead to traffic jams and delays. Therefore, it is recommended that friends from outside the province try to purchase plane or train tickets for departure on the second day. 11. Guests are not allowed to leave the group without permission. If forced to leave the group, a letter of undertaking for leaving the group must be signed. During the period of leaving the group, the guest shall be solely responsible for any personal safety or property losses. 12. Pre-paid items in the itinerary are non-refundable (e.g., carpooling fees, same-day hotel cancellations), and no refunds will be given if voluntarily forfeited. 13. Our agency is not responsible for itinerary delays or other expenses caused by force majeure (such as weather, delays, etc.). Such expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves. If the railway bureau temporarily cancels a service, all compensation will be handled according to the railway bureau's compensation system and is not related to our agency. 14. This trip will be entirely on a plateau, with a long journey and complex road conditions, so vehicles are very likely to break down. If a vehicle breaks down, please wait patiently or work together to resolve the issue. The normal resolution process is: if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the itinerary, we will arrange for local vehicles to continue the journey, with the cost covered by the company. For team members who refuse to change vehicles, it will be considered that they voluntarily abandon the trip, and we will refund any unused accommodation fees and tickets, and the contract will be terminated. 15. During your trip, please always keep your valuables safe. When resting at night, please lock the hotel's anti-theft lock and close the doors and windows. 16. Respect the original culture, local customs, and religious beliefs. Due to religious influence, customs in the Northwest differ from ours. When visiting, please remember to follow the local guide's instructions regarding travel precautions. Do not mention political issues concerning ethnic minorities in any setting, and avoid topics related to "pigs" to prevent unnecessary misunderstandings. 17. When traveling, pay attention to your health. Do not eat raw food, raw seafood, peeled fruits, or visit unlicensed roadside stalls, and avoid overeating. Drink plenty of boiled water, eat more fruits and vegetables, smoke less, and drink less alcohol. When first arriving at a high-altitude area, do not shower within the first 2 days. After 2 days, decide based on your physical condition to avoid catching a cold, which could trigger or worsen altitude sickness and affect your entire trip. In high-altitude or Tibetan areas, water and electricity supply may be insufficient, and water temperature might be unstable. Before showering, test the water temperature with your hand to avoid scalding from excessively hot water or catching a cold from excessively cold water. There might also be water outages during showering, so shower quickly. If you have long hair, it is recommended to wash your hair and shower separately to avoid situations where you haven't finished, but the hot water has run out or the water supply has stopped. 18. The organizer of this event will arrange relevant insurance for each team member suitable for this event. If personal injury occurs during the event, the injured party shall be compensated by the insurance company in accordance with legal provisions, this statement, and insurance regulations. Our agency shall not bear any liability for compensation in the absence of subjective fault. For those who register on behalf of others, if the registered participant suffers personal injury, our agency shall not bear any liability for compensation. 19. The travel agency provides basic travel accident insurance as a gift, rather than purchasing it on behalf of the guests. If tourists believe the insured amount does not meet their needs, they can purchase high-coverage insurance themselves. About Photography 1. When photographing in plateaus and Tibetan areas, please respect local management regulations and customs. Do not take photos at checkpoints, bridges, military control zones, private residences, temples, religious ceremonies, and other places where photography is prohibited. Forcibly taking photos may result in the confiscation of your camera or more severe consequences. Team members are responsible for any adverse consequences and impacts caused thereby. 2. When photographing Tibetans, Tibetan mastiffs, or yaks in or near Tibetan scenic spots, most of the time a fee is charged. It is recommended not to photograph these subjects, or to pay promptly. When photographing portraits in pastoral areas, temples, or other places, try to get the consent of others. If refused, please stop photographing immediately. 3. During the trip, whether good photos can be taken and what kind of photos can be taken is determined by comprehensive factors such as weather, light, and season. It's entirely up to luck, but the team cannot extend the stay because satisfactory photos were not taken at a certain scenic spot. Recommended Equipment 1.
