Following lunch, the boat proceeds to Fort Kyk-Over-Al, a Dutch fort built in 1616 at the confluence of the Essequibo, Cuyuni, and Mazaruni Rivers. Only ruins remain, but the site was once the center of Dutch administration in the region. The final stop is Baracara Falls, where guests have 90 minutes to swim and relax before returning by boat to Parika.
