Cancel more than 7 days (inclusive) before the tour date to receive a full refund. If the tour is cancelled 6-4 days (inclusive) before the meeting date, 20% of the fee will be deducted. If you cancel the tour 3-1 day(s) (inclusive) before the meeting date, 40% of the fee will be deducted. If the tour is canceled on the day of the meetup, 60% of the fee will be charged.
