This 7-day small-group overland tour travels from Lhasa to Kathmandu via the Sino-Nepal highway, including a visit to Everest Base Camp (EBC). The tour begins with a pick-up from Lhasa airport or train station at designated times. From Lhasa, the route passes through the Tibetan countryside and visits the historic cities of Gyantse and Shigatse, where travelers see important religious and cultural sites reflecting Tibetan heritage. The tour includes a bus trip to Everest Base Camp, located at the foot of Mount Everest, providing views of the Himalaya and reaching the highest base camp on Earth.
