The tour continues with a classic fried squid sandwich, followed by an outstanding tapa served with Spanish cider. A vermouth tasting accompanies the tapa of the day, which is popular among locals. The final stop is a restaurant located in an 18th-century building where guests try a Spanish omelette and a Secret Dish that changes daily.
