Step into the world of traditional sake brewing at Yamada Shuzo, a historic brewery in Kanie, Aichi. Available from April to October, this guided experience begins with an English introduction to the brewery's history and brewing philosophy, followed by a tour of the traditional facilities. Stroll through beautiful Japanese gardens with koi ponds and bonsai before learning how sake is crafted using time-honored methods. Finish with a tasting of Yamada Shuzo's signature sake, including Suisen and Saiai, known for their rich umami and full-bodied character.
