The tour starts with a pickup from the hotel or residence in Dubai by a 4x4 vehicle. The drive to the Red Dunes of Al Madam takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival, there is a 15 to 30 minute break to use clean toilets and rest. After the break, the safari continues with 40 to 50 minutes of dune bashing across the red sand hills. Following the dune bashing, the vehicle travels further into the desert to reach a camp for the evening. At the camp, guests can participate in included activities such as sand boarding, henna tattoo application, and a short camel ride if that option is selected. The evening includes live traditional entertainment featuring a Tanura show and a fire show. Guests may also choose to watch a traditional belly dance performance or share shisha if selected. An international BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options is served. Unlimited bottled water is provided throughout the tour. Alcoholic drinks, quad biking or buggy rides, and personal expenses are not included. The total duration of the tour is about seven hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
