After the market visit, the group moves to a kitchen where a local chef teaches a hands-on paella cooking class lasting about three and a half hours. Participants can choose from meat, seafood, or vegetarian paella options. During the cooking session, traditional tapas are served along with a variety of drinks including local wines, sangría, beer, and soft drinks. Recipes are provided so participants can prepare the dishes at home later. The class welcomes all skill levels and encourages social interaction.
