The trip first passes through Oak Creek Canyon, a 16-mile gorge with red rock cliffs, streams, and waterfalls. The tour then stops at Horseshoe Bend, where guests walk about three-quarters of a mile to a viewpoint over a sharp bend in the Colorado River. This site is located just outside Page, Arizona, four miles south of Glen Canyon Dam. After Horseshoe Bend, the group takes a guided 90-minute walk through Upper Antelope Canyon, a narrow slot canyon carved about 120 feet deep over thousands of years. Next, there is a brief 20-minute stop at the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook for scenic views. The tour continues with a 15-minute break at the historic Cameron Trading Post.
