--Service Introduction--- Vehicle usage time: 8 hours round trip in Aomori city Departure time & departure location: According to traveler's needs Journey distance: Total travel distance must be within 200 kilometers (route must be reasonable, no backtracking) Service hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver language: Japanese Vehicle type: Comfort 5-seater (including infants and young children) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Comfort 7-seater (including infants and young children) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants and young children) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended that you book an appropriate vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type shall be borne by the traveler. Overtime fee details: 5-7 seats: 7000 JPY/hour 10 seats: 10000 JPY/hour --Notes--- 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please reserve in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat for free. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces and may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra fee of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child safety seats, please confirm with customer service. 2. The total duration of the charter service is 8 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both at hotels or guesthouses within Aomori city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply based on actual circumstances). The service hours are 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions. For special routes such as Hachinohe or Shirakami-Sanchi, please contact customer service to confirm the price difference after placing the order. 3. Empty car fee: For pick-up or drop-off in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order. 4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time). 5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged. 7. If the total journey exceeds 200 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged. 8. For consecutive orders, if guests stay in a city outside Aomori, an additional accommodation fee of JPY 8000 will be subsidized to the driver. 9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional charge.
