Overview

This tour in La Fortuna begins with a canopy zip line experience at Go Adventure Park near Arenal Volcano. Participants cross 13 platforms connected by 9 cables, flying over the rainforest canopy and the canyon of the Arenal River. Wildlife such as three species of monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, and sloths can be seen during the tour. The zip line course includes a 50-meter rappel down a cliff. After completing the zip line and rappel, the tour continues with a visit to Maleku Village. The final stop is access to the hot springs at Montaña de Fuego Resort, where guests can relax after the activities. The entire tour lasts about two hours and includes all fees and taxes. Drinks, souvenirs, DVD, gratuities, and private transportation are not included. Participants should wear clothes and shoes suitable for getting wet, such as sandals with backstraps or Crocs, and bring sunscreen, water, a hat, and a waterproof camera if desired. The maximum weight for participation is 225 pounds (110 kilos), and the minimum age is 6 years. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
