Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to note the bus departure time. The company will not be responsible for those who are late and miss the bus. In the rare event that attractions are closed or have restricted visiting hours during Japanese national holidays, some attractions will be omitted or the tour will end early. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Bus arrival times may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. Guests who need to transfer to other transportation after their trip should allow sufficient time. Please be aware that the itinerary may change due to traffic, weather conditions, or the number of participants.
