Earliest reservation time is 9:00 AM, and return time is before 5:30 PM. Closing time is 6:00 PM. Please be sure to return the kimono before closing. To avoid congestion, we recommend returning early. A late fee will be charged for late returns. Free luggage storage is available for same-store rentals and returns. For returns at a different store, please confirm with the staff on-site. When returning to a different store, you must take your belongings and luggage with you, as the store staff is not responsible for transferring them. Latest arrival time for kimono dressing: 15:00. Please be sure to arrive at the store before this time. Complimentary vanity and cosmetics are provided. For makeup application by a staff member, please purchase a makeup service. Please arrive at the store on time for your reservation. Late arrivals due to personal reasons may result in needing to rejoin the queue. The service time inside the Kimono store is 1-2 hours (including selecting clothes, wearing Kimono, doing hair, etc.), depending on the number of reservations. Please plan your trip accordingly. By default, customers authorize the store to use their likeness for promotional purposes. Please inform customer service in advance if you have any concerns. Please be aware that during peak seasons (such as cherry blossom season and autumn foliage season), there may be a wait. Makeup and hairstyling services are exclusively available as add-ons for kimono rentals. Standalone makeup and hairstyling bookings will be canceled.
