Overview

This one-hour tour takes place near the medieval city of Assisi in an open-air venue surrounded by organic vineyards and centuries-old olive groves. The tour begins with a guided tasting of four organic wines, allowing guests to taste the distinct flavors of each variety. The wine tasting is accompanied by bruschette topped with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and organic jams. The tasting menu can be adjusted to accommodate dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance, gluten-free, or vegetarian preferences. Bottled water and alcoholic beverages are included. After the tasting, guests have the opportunity to walk freely among the vineyards and olive groves on the property, enjoying views of the Umbrian valley and surrounding mountains. If weather conditions are unsuitable for outdoor tasting, the session will take place indoors in the tasting room. Private transportation is not included. Visitors must bring a mask, though masks are available for purchase on site. Social distancing is maintained throughout the tour, and visitor numbers are limited to reduce crowding.
