The tour covers a third of a mile on foot over slightly uneven ground and lasts about 45 minutes. Visitors select a replica prop weapon from an armory before starting the walk. The guide leads the group through key locations including The Governor’s Meeting Barn, the cotton gin where Merle died, the spot where Daryl killed his brother again, and 14 other filming sites on the private backlot. The tour runs in all weather conditions. Admission to the shop on site is free.
