This half-day tour lasts about four and a half hours and includes round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned minivan from hotels in Ocho Rios. The tour begins with horseback riding along a nature trail through the countryside, ending with riding horses in the ocean. After a scenic drive, a local guide provides information about the area's history and ecology. Then the tour continues with bamboo rafting through the forest, where guests can listen to natural sounds while the guide provides commentary. Optional stops for lunch and shopping are included. Cruise passengers are picked up 30 minutes after the ship docks and returned to the port at the end of the tour. Admission fees are covered, but lunch is not included.
