Overview

Explore Tasmania’s coastal beauty on a one-day tour from Launceston to the Bay of Fires. Visit Bridestowe Lavender Farm, stop for baked treats and lunch supplies in Scottsdale (own expense), and see the famous tree carvings in Legerwood. Enjoy a peaceful rainforest walk at Weldborough Pass before reaching the Bay of Fires, known for its white sands, blue waters, and orange lichen-covered rocks. Relax with lunch, visit Binalong Bay and Harbour Point, for great photo opportunities then enjoy a beach walk along the remote Taylor's Beach. We then head to Lease 65 with an opportunity to sample fresh oysters straight from the farm (subject to availability). End the day with a scenic drive through the historic towns of Fingal and Avoca.
