Experience Introduction I've disliked eating meat since I was a child. Eating vegetarian isn't a belief, but because of environmental protection and my love for animals, I've combined vegetarianism with yoga for a healthier lifestyle and to protect our planet. If you also like vegetarian food, whether it's for environmental reasons, faith, or yoga, and want to explore vegetarian cooking and discuss vegetarian health and wellness with more vegetarian friends, you're welcome to join me in freely creating a variety of nutritious vegetarian dishes. Experience Process Whether you arrive by subway or taxi, I will personally pick you up at the subway exit or entrance. Lunch will be around 11:00 at my home. If you are interested or have ample time, I will take you to the local morning market to select fresh cooking ingredients together. You can also learn and exchange dietary culture with the local villagers. Back at home, I will lead everyone to deeply experience the entire detailed process (unreservedly showing guests the secrets of cooking), from washing, selecting, and cutting vegetables to cooking, for an interesting cooking experience throughout the entire process. You can participate on your own or bring a friend. After the meal, we will chat and drink tea together.
