Ticket: How to redeem - Verification can be done directly using "ID card + electronic certificate". - When scanning the QR code to enter the Beijing Zoo and Aquarium, your ticket will be verified twice. Please keep the QR code safe, as it will not be replaced if lost. The Aquarium closes ticket sales at 5:00 PM (April 1st - October 31st), please plan your visit accordingly. - Where to enter: Scan the QR code at the South or North Gate of Beijing Zoo. - Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase and will be invalid after that date. Please be sure to bring the original ID card that matches the information on your ticket; otherwise, you will not be allowed entry. - Users can scan the obtained QR code to enter the Beijing Zoo and Aquarium. At the exit of the Beijing Aquarium, users can collect a beluga whale popcorn bucket and a beluga whale USB drive. Tickets will be redeemed three times (no re-entry is allowed after entry). Ages 18 (inclusive) to 59 (inclusive) (Age calculated based on birthday, with travel date as the determining factor) Children under 1.2 meters (excluding 1.2 meters) are admitted free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket); seniors aged 60 and above can enter the Beijing Zoo for free with their ID card, while senior tickets for the Beijing Aquarium must be purchased separately with their ID card.
If tourists do not receive the SMS QR code voucher, they can contact customer service to resend the SMS auxiliary code. Show times may change during the pandemic. A combined ticket for the zoo and aquarium is required, but the ticket does not include the panda enclosure. If you leave the park and re-enter, you need to purchase another ticket. The opening status of attractions is subject to the announcement on the day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by some attractions being closed for maintenance.
