This one-hour walking tour takes place inside McConnell's Distillery in Belfast, located in a converted wing of Crumlin Road Gaol. Visitors will see the distillery’s modern equipment within its historic setting. The guide explains the history of the Belfast-born brand's revival and the whisky production process. The tour ends with a tasting session featuring the distillery’s award-winning whiskies and freshly distilled ‘new make’ spirit. Alcoholic beverages are included in the tasting. Crumlin Road Gaol Distillery
Located in the converted A-Wing of Crumlin Road Gaol, Belfast, this distillery opened in 2024 within a former Victorian prison wing. It features a shop, cafe, and bar alongside tours. Visitors can sample McConnell's award-winning Irish Whisky, including the 5 Year Series with signature, sherry cask finish, and new-make spirit directly from the stills.
