Overview

This 1.5-hour workshop is led by certified artisan chocolatiers recognized by the Federal Belgian Government. It takes place in a Brussels boutique where all chocolate creations are handmade without any industrial chocolate. Participants learn about the entire bean-to-bar process using organic cacao sourced through an ethical and sustainable supply chain that avoids deforestation and child labor while providing fair income to farmers. During the session, attendees can see the bean-to-bar machinery and receive explanations directly from the chocolatiers. The workshop includes tasting several premium cacao varieties from different countries as well as the juice from cacao pods. Guests will handle fresh cacao pods and sample raw cacao beans straight from the fruit. Participants also handcraft their own chocolate bar, mendiants, and truffles, then pack their creations in a gift box to take home. A 20% discount on the in-store chocolate collection is available. If the VIP upgrade is selected, a glass of champagne and an embroidered apron with the workshop’s logo are included.
