Upon arrival, guests receive three tokens to use at the two bars inside. The visit begins in the heated front bar, where the first token can be exchanged for a large Heineken beer, a glass of wine, a cocktail, or a non-alcoholic drink. After enjoying this welcome beverage, guests are provided with warm clothing including a jacket and gloves to handle the cold environment. Once prepared, visitors enter the main Icebar area, kept at around -10°C. Here, the remaining two tokens can be exchanged for additional drinks such as Heineken beer, shots of strong liquor, or orange juice. The Icebar features ambient lighting and various ice sculptures to observe while testing how long one can stay in the cold. The entire experience lasts about one hour and includes all clothing and drinks served in glasses made of ice.
