Overview

This 12-hour BEST SELLER Halong Bay 5-Star Day Cruise departs from Hanoi's Old Quarter with hotel pickup between 7:45 and 8:40 AM by an English-speaking guide. Guests travel by limousine bus to Tuan Chau Marina, arriving around 11:45 AM to board the 5-star cruise. The boat sails through Ha Long Bay, passing limestone formations such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and Thumb Rock. From noon to 1:30 PM, a buffet lunch is served on board, including seafood, Vietnamese dishes, and vegetarian options. After lunch, the cruise stops at Sung Sot Cave on Bo Hon Island for about 45 minutes of exploration. Access to the cave requires climbing approximately 200 steps through forest; guests who prefer may stay on the boat and relax on the sundeck. Between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, the cruise visits Luon Cave, where guests can kayak for about 30 minutes or take a bamboo boat rowed by locals to view the area. From 4:00 to 5:00 PM, the boat stops at Titop Island. Visitors may climb halfway up Titop Mountain for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay or swim at Titop Beach. Between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, a sunset party takes place on board, including Vietnamese tea, red wine, snacks, and fresh fruit. During this time, guests can relax in the Jacuzzi as the boat sails back to the harbor. The cruise docks around 6:00 PM, and the return limousine bus departs for Hanoi with a short stop en route, arriving back in the Old Quarter by about 9:00 PM. The tour includes entrance fees for bookings confirmed from February 1, 2026 onward; earlier bookings require a separate entrance fee payable in cash.
