It’s colder at the mountaintop. Dress in layers and use waterproof outerwear—especially for kids playing in the snow. Bring a waterproof pouch so you can safely take photos while playing or skiing. While food is available on the mountain, having a few snacks handy is great for quick breaks in the snow play zone.
