The Bonadea II ecological whale watching boat tour in Tenerife lasts 2 hours and departs from dock 4 at Puerto Colón. The boat navigates within the Teno-Rasca special conservation area, traveling up to 3 miles from the coast and reaching depths of 1,000 meters. The main focus is to observe the Calderón tropical, a resident whale species of Tenerife. Shortly after leaving the pier, it is common to see dolphins, turtles, and seabirds near the coast. Occasionally, migratory cetaceans that visit the Canary Islands may also be spotted. The crew maintains a respectful distance from the animals to avoid disturbance while allowing passengers to watch, photograph, and record them. A guide is on board to provide information about the cetaceans and uses a hydrophone so passengers can listen to the sounds of whales and dolphins underwater.

Welcome! Enjoy an ecological whale watching adventure in the south of Tenerife. We have been working for more than 29 years in the navigation with passengers and in the observation of cetaceans. Our goal is to show our clients dolphins, whales and other marine fauna in their natural habitat, in addition to conserving and protecting the marine environment. It is the holder of the “Blue Boat” flag, a boat authorized by the Tourism Department of the Government of the Canary Islands and by the Spanish Ministry of the Environment for whale watching activities, we are also attached to the Tenerife Tourism Quality Charter . We carry out our activity in the Special Conservation Zone (ZEC) Teno-Rasca marine strip integrated into the Natura 2000 Network.
