This 75-minute wine tasting session in Bordeaux covers six carefully selected Bordeaux wines paired with charcuterie and cheese. Participants will taste a range of mystery wines including two dry white wines from the left and right banks, three red wines showcasing different blends and styles, and a sweet wine to finish. The tasting is guided by Cécilia and her team, certified wine professionals trained at the University of Wine, who explain the basics of professional wine tasting and the principles of pairing food with wine. A personal tasting booklet is provided to support learning throughout the session. The selection of wines can be adjusted based on individual preferences. Charcuterie and cheese snacks are included, while lunch is not provided.

Learn the art of tasting and discover the richness of Bordeaux wines: history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications, and more! In a friendly atmosphere, learn to taste like a professional. Wine will appear more accessible to you, and your senses will guide you to perceive all the finesse of its aromas. You will taste 6 carefully selected wines: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (left and right bank), 3 reds (mixtures, left and right banks) and 1 soft. The wines come from Grands Crus Classés and family estates in organic farming. Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of food & wine pairings, sometimes unexpected. A tasting booklet will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in a private courtyard, cellar or in a converted room. The wines tasted are available for sale. Do you prefer only red or white? Our specialized tastings are made for you!
