This 75-minute wine tasting session in Bordeaux covers six carefully selected Bordeaux wines paired with charcuterie and cheese. Participants will taste a range of mystery wines including two dry white wines from the left and right banks, three red wines showcasing different blends and styles, and a sweet wine to finish. The tasting is guided by Cécilia and her team, certified wine professionals trained at the University of Wine, who explain the basics of professional wine tasting and the principles of pairing food with wine. A personal tasting booklet is provided to support learning throughout the session. The selection of wines can be adjusted based on individual preferences.
