This two-hour boutique rum and chocolate tasting takes place at Lunático in Cartagena, Colombia. The event is designed by Renato Molo, a certified Rummelier® and member of the Royal Rum Society™, and led by guides trained by him. Participants sample more than eight different Colombian rums from various regions, paired with local craft chocolate. The session covers the history, production methods, and geographic origins of the rums. Guides provide instruction on how to taste the spirits to recognize distinct flavors and explain the qualities that make Colombian rum unique. The tasting includes all alcoholic beverages, fees, and taxes.

This is not a typical rum tasting. Discover Colombian rum and chocolate through a relaxed, social tasting experience designed to feel personal, memorable, and far from a formal lecture. Choose between two experiences: a 1-hour Intro Tasting in our ground-floor studio, or our 2-hour Premium Experience upstairs with views of San Felipe Castle. You’ll taste a curated selection of Colombian rums paired with artisanal chocolate while learning about the flavors, stories, and culture behind them in an engaging and approachable way. Small groups keep the experience intimate and give you time to enjoy each pairing, ask questions, and connect with others. For the full experience with castle views, select the Premium option. Availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.
