This two-hour wine tour takes place at a farmhouse winery near Brindisi. The visit begins with a walk through the Moscato di Trani vineyard close to the property, where the guide explains the history and features of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. After the vineyard tour, participants taste four wines produced on site: "Terra Viva," a still red Nero di Troia (IGP Puglia, 13% alcohol); "Pietra Viva," a still white Verdeca (IGP Valle d'Itria, 12% alcohol); "1° Luglio," a still rosé from Nero di Troia grapes (IGP Puglia, 12.5% alcohol); and "Pietro 60," a still dry white Moscato di Trani (IGP Puglia, 12.5% alcohol). Each tasting includes explanations of the wine’s origin and characteristics. The wine is served alongside homemade snacks produced at the farmhouse. The tour takes place at Trulli il Castagno farmhouse.
