Hungarian-3-Course-Cooking-Class
Participants jointly prepare a Hungarian three-course meal along with Hungarian snacks, using all provided ingredients, cookware, and kitchen tools. Everyone follows the same menu, which is selected by the first person to book from three available options. During the cooking process, guests sample typical local ingredients and learn about Hungarian culinary traditions, local customs, and history. After cooking, the group shares the meal together with a glass of Hungarian wine, and each participant receives the recipes. The menu choices are: Menu A includes cold sour cherry soup, chicken paprikas with dumplings, and Gundel pancake; Menu B features beef goulash soup, Hortobagy-style savory pancake with chicken, and apple strudel made with filo dough; Menu C consists of creamy potato soup with smoked sausage, stuffed pork cabbage, and poppy-seed bread dumplings served with vanilla custard.
