This 3-hour cooking class takes place in a new kitchen located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Participants learn Argentine cooking techniques focused on preparing Asado or other traditional dishes through a hands-on approach. The class includes lunch and alcoholic beverages. It is designed to be interactive and accommodates dietary restrictions. This format encourages engagement among participants but does not specify group size or individual instruction by a Michelin-trained chef.
Argentine Cooking Class
The session starts with a traditional Argentine aperitif and continues with a practical cooking workshop guided by chefs from Fogón Asado, a restaurant listed by the Michelin Guide as one of the 22 best steakhouses globally. Participants prepare savory empanadas using handmade dough, bake cheesy chipa, and create a smooth flan while tasting premium Argentine wines chosen to complement each dish. The class features music, storytelling, and socializing. It is not suitable for guests with celiac disease.
