Overview

This ticket grants entry to the Burj Khalifa's observation decks on the 124th and 125th floors, with an optional upgrade to include the 148th floor known as The SKY. Visitors access the world’s highest outdoor observation deck at 555 meters. The visit typically lasts between one and two hours. Viewing telescopes are available on the observation decks. If selected, the ticket also includes one-way private transfers from Dubai hotels to the Burj Khalifa and snacks. Souvenir photos are not included but can be purchased separately. Guests enter at their assigned time slot and may stay inside the observation area as long as they wish. The ticket is valid only for the specified date and time.

Visitors enter through the At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge and are escorted to a dedicated elevator. The SKY observation deck includes floors 125 and 148, making it the highest outdoor observation deck in the world at 555 meters.
