After arriving at Cancun Airport, travelers meet a staff member holding a sign with the company logo. The shuttle departs every hour from 8 am to 6 pm, transporting guests to their hotels in Cancun. Each person may bring one piece of luggage. The shuttle picks up passengers at designated locations to board the vans. This shared transportation service operates between 8 am and 5 pm. For departures, the first hotel pickup begins at 8 am, with additional stops to collect other passengers along the route. Hotel-to-airport pickups are included only when booking a round-trip transfer. As a bonus for the company’s 5th anniversary, travelers receive a free shopping tour in Cancun or Playa del Carmen on a different day from arrival. Reservations for this tour must be made at least two days in advance and are subject to availability. Upon arrival, guests receive contact information to arrange this optional tour. The free shopping tour is not available for hotels located in the Tulum area. Children must be accompanied by an adult during this transfer service. Bottled water is not provided during the ride.
