Overview
This 2.5-hour tour in Cancun starts with a speedboat ride through the mangroves of Nichupté Lagoon. The boat passes through the jungle area where participants can observe the natural environment. After the lagoon, the tour continues to the second largest reef in the world for snorkeling. Snorkeling gear is provided and participants can explore the underwater sea life, including various fish species in their natural habitat. The tour also includes a traditional Mayan ceremony. Lunch and locker service are included. Additional costs apply for dock and marine park taxes. Transportation to and from hotels in Cancun Hotel Zone, Playa Mujeres, or Puerto Morelos is not included.

Puerto Maya Ceremony and Speedboat Start
Begin with a guided experience at Puerto Maya Cancun including a traditional purification ceremony accompanied by live ancestral music. Proceed to the docks to take control of a 2-person speedboat. Navigate through Nichupté Lagoon's mangrove channels with a dedicated guide toward the reef. Participate in a guided snorkeling session over the marine park’s coral reef. Return by speedboat to the marina to relax and have a light snack featuring regional flavors.
