This Level 1 canyoning tour takes place on Madeira Island, Portugal, and lasts approximately four hours of activity, with a total duration including transfers of about five to five and a half hours. The tour begins with hotel or port pickup in Funchal, Caniço, or the Madeira port area. Participants receive certified canyoning equipment, including a VadeRetro neoprene suit and Adidas canyoning boots, fitted according to shoe size provided at booking. Two professional guides lead the group through hiking and descending canyons suitable for beginners. Each participant is given a small bottle of water and a Kitkat chocolate during the tour. Photos taken throughout the activity are included at no extra cost. Lunch is not provided. Participants must be at least ten years old, between 1.33 and 2.00 meters tall, and weigh between 30 and 110 kilograms. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The maximum group size is ten people, and a minimum of two people per booking is required. Cruise ship passengers must provide ship name and docking information at booking.
