No charge will be applied if delay is caused by inclement weather or road conditions. If the client requests for bigger vehicle type i.e., AUV/Van, there will be a surcharge of PHP 500. Groups of 5-10 Persons will be served using AUV/Van type of vehicle. If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5-7 Persons is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of PHP 500 Airport Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available Note for Airport Pick-Up or Drop-off: An additional surcharge of PHP 600/vehicle (up to 4 persons) and PHP 1,000/vehicle (up to 10 persons) will be charged payable directly to the driver. Make sure you indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick-up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable.
