Starting 600 feet above Descanso Beach Club, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific as you zigzag across the canyon and through the trees on five separate lines at speeds approaching 35 mph. Along the way, your trained guides will share interesting facts about the island's flora and fauna, which includes more than 60 species found only on Catalina Island.

Participants must be at least 55 inches tall and weigh between 80 and 240 pounds to ride the zipline. Tandem riding is not allowed. Each rider will be measured and weighed while fully clothed at check-in before every tour. Those who do not meet these requirements will be refused participation without refund or rescheduling.

Participants must wear securable, close-toed shoes. Athletic shoes are recommended. A limited supply of shoes is available for rent if proper footwear is not otherwise provided.
Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate. Children aged 7 to 9 who meet all requirements must be accompanied by a ziplining participant at least 18 years old who will act as their guardian for the entire activity. Participants aged 10 or older, weighing at least 80 pounds and at least 55 inches tall, may ride without a guardian. Those unable to meet all requirements will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.
No participant is allowed to use any equipment other than the helmet, harness, trolley, or other gear supplied by the Zipline Staff at the start of the tour.
Securable, close-toed shoes are required for all participants. Athletic shoes are recommended. A limited number of shoes may be available to rent if proper footwear is not otherwise available.
All sales are final. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 48 hours before the tour. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted after this 48-hour window. Late arrivals, no-shows, or those failing to meet requirements at check-in will not receive refunds or rescheduling. Guests should verify all requirements and plan travel accordingly.
Long shorts or pants are suggested. Skirts, belly shirts, and bathing suits are not permitted. Dangling earrings must be removed. Participants with long hair must secure it back with a hair tie or a similar accessory. The company is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings. Lockers are provided at check-in for storing any unneeded items.
All participants must sign a risk acknowledgment and liability waiver during check-in, 20 minutes before the tour starts. Participants under 18 require a legal guardian’s signature. Without parental consent and signature, minors cannot participate and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Staff may refuse to start or continue a tour for any participant or group that appears impaired, disobeys staff instructions, or endangers safety. Participants causing disturbances through profanity or vulgarity will be removed and not allowed to continue. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in these cases. Smoking is prohibited during the tour.

All participants on tour must be able to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, have average mobility and strength, and be in reasonably good health. Participation is not recommended for those with preexisting injuries or back, neck, or heart conditions. Participants unsure about suitability should consult a doctor. Tours will not be canceled due to cold or mildly rainy weather. Management may cancel tours for unsafe weather conditions such as heavy winds, heavy rain, or potential thunderstorms. If a tour is canceled by management for unsafe weather, tickets will be refunded or rescheduled for a later time.
