Overview

This private guided day trip lasts about eight hours and follows the Causeway Coastal Route near Derry-Londonderry. The tour includes private transportation and stops at several key locations along the coast. The journey features a drive on the Antrim Coast Road, known as one of the top ten road journeys worldwide. You will spend 90 minutes at the Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage site, exploring the unique rock formations. Then, the tour continues to the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, where you have 90 minutes to walk to and from the bridge, enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and Scotland, and may cross the bridge at your own expense. The itinerary also includes a 30-minute stop at Bushmills Distillery to visit the bar and gift shop. The trip includes a one-hour visit to Portrush, where you can walk on the beaches, photograph the Royal Portrush golf course, and browse local gift and antique shops. Dunluce Castle is next, with 30 minutes to explore its interior walls and observe views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a 20-minute walk along the Dark Hedges, the road known as the 'Kings Road' in Game of Thrones. Throughout the tour, you will have about three hours to enjoy and photograph the scenic views along the Causeway Coastal Route. Admission fees to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Dunluce Castle are not included.
