Overview
The Changdao North-South Changshan Tourist Scenic Area (also known as Changdao Scenic Area), located on Changdao Island (i.e., Miaodao Archipelago) in Yantai City, Shandong Province, is renowned as "Fairyland on the Sea." This scenic area primarily comprises the core landscapes of South Changshan Island and North Changshan Island, bringing together representative natural wonders such as the rugged and unique sea-eroded landforms of Jiuzhangya Cliff, the smooth and crystal-clear pebble beach of Crescent Bay, and the magnificent high-point sea views of Linhai Fenghuang Mountain. Most astonishingly, visitors at the summit of South Changshan Island can clearly observe the unique S-shaped double sea boundary line formed where the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea converge, creating a spectacular sight where sea and sky meet.
