Real-name ferry tickets require accurate names and ID numbers for registration. Boarding requires a matching ticket, ID, and person (children can use their household registration book). Our company is not responsible for any inability to board due to personal reasons such as missing, incorrect, or changed ID information, or temporary changes in travelers. Group tickets are valid for same-day use. Group guests must enter and leave the island at the same time. Tourists who leave the group early or stay overnight in Gulangyu should purchase their own return ticket at the terminal window for ¥18 per person. If unable to enter Xiamen University due to special circumstances, the tour will be changed to sailing. During peak seasons, waiting for the bus may take 30-60 minutes.
