This is a three-hour guided tour at a venue known as the Cathedral of Charrería in Guadalajara. You will tour the site museum, which focuses on the tradition of charrería. Next, you will visit the stables to learn about the Quarter Horse breed, their care, and the equipment used to handle them and the livestock. The guide will show you how to use a lasso and teach you the basics of lassoing to get started in the charro tradition. You will then have the chance to ride a horse wearing a charro hat, with simple instructions on how to communicate with the horse effectively. At the end of the tour, there is a celebration featuring a toast with tequila and live mariachi music, accompanied by songs related to charrería. Bottled water, a riding helmet, and alcoholic beverages are included. Lunch is not provided.
