A hands-on workshop exploring Luodian (mother-of-pearl inlay), one of China’s oldest and most beautiful craft traditions. With a history dating back over 3,000 years to the Western Zhou Dynasty, this intangible cultural heritage was even favored by the Qing imperial court. Using natural shells and simple techniques, you will learn about this elegant art form and create your own unique masterpiece. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity!
