The "Chongqing Eye at the Peak of Mountain City" Yangtze River ropeway high-altitude observation deck is a gathering place for urban landscapes from a bird's-eye view, a popular photo spot for Chongqing's photography community, and features "Cloud Radio" and "Cloud Blessing" projects. From the 67th-floor indoor observation deck and the 69th-floor helipad observation deck, visitors can enjoy a 360° panoramic, unobstructed view of the entire Chongqing forest, overlooking the scenery of the two rivers and four banks. During the day, look up at the vast blue sky and down at continuous buildings; at night, with stars shining overhead and myriad lights below, it offers visitors the unique sensory experience of being a "skywalker" in a city in the sky.

For safety reasons, to ensure all visitors can reach the rooftop for sightseeing, and to meet safety requirements, the scenic area stipulates that during peak hours, all visitors from the 68th floor to the rooftop observation deck must not exceed 20 minutes. The rooftop platform will be cleared every 20 minutes, and all visitors must follow the instructions of the management staff to leave the observation platform in an orderly manner; - Peak hours will be adjusted based on the number of visitors, with no specific time regulations, and will be communicated to visitors on-site by the scenic area management staff; Children 130 cm (51 inches) and below are free of charge.
