Children are not allowed to sit in the front row and must be accompanied by an adult. In case of flight cancellation or delay due to force majeure factors such as weather or air traffic control, the on-site staff's notification shall prevail. Passengers weighing over 100kg must purchase two tickets to fly.

Children are not allowed to ride in the front seat and must be accompanied by an adult. Flight cancellations or delays due to force majeure factors such as weather or air traffic control will be subject to notification from on-site staff. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, pregnancy, during surgical recovery, or under the influence of alcohol are prohibited from riding. Passengers weighing over 200 jin (100 kg) need to purchase two tickets when flying. Aircraft flights are affected by weather conditions; if there is heavy rain or strong wind, the flight schedule will be postponed. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a guardian to board the plane. After boarding, please do not tamper with buttons marked in red within the cabin without authorization. Do not open the cabin door during the flight, and please keep your seatbelt fastened throughout. Jiuzhou Shenying has insured helicopters performing flight missions with comprehensive aircraft insurance (including: hull all risks, third-party liability insurance, and passenger seat insurance). Passengers are not allowed to smoke in the waiting area or on board, and must not carry prohibited items onto the aircraft. Passengers are not allowed to carry uninsulated individual lithium batteries on board. When approaching or leaving the helicopter, you must be led by staff, keep a low posture, and pass from the direction of the nose. Physical contact with the captain is prohibited during the flight, as it affects the captain's driving! To ensure the safety of your helicopter experience, you are required to purchase special outdoor sports insurance. Please provide your valid identification documents (such as a passport) for insurance registration. The relevant information will only be used for safety and security purposes.
