Overview

This workshop lasts about 100 minutes and takes place at The Mayan Cacao Company in Cozumel. The tour starts in a traditional Mayan house where participants learn how the Mayans used cacao beans as currency and about their daily life and gardening methods. A freshly made tortilla with a regional chocolate-based sauce is offered for tasting.
